Panito-mole serves European and Portuguese dishes.
Founded in 1999, the “panito-mole” (soft bread) enterprise has dedicated itself to the manufacture of pastries and breads as well as the exploitation of Bakeries, Pastry shops and Restaurants.
Mole is a smooth sauce made from dried chiles and comes in countless regional variations, such as mole poblano from Puebla or mole guanajuato from the state of Guanajuato.
To make mole, pour in a paste that has been pre-cooked and then add liquid such as chicken broth or water. Stir the paste and cook on low heat until thickened.
